Work was dead. My boss was sick beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Nothing needed to be done. It was pretty basic.

A cool thing did happen though! We got these Xbox Live Avatar figures in at work, but what sucks is that you can’t see which one it is because it’s random and THAT is because Microsoft likes to torture people! :D

At any rate, I was looking on the side of the box when I noticed that out of the eight, one of them was a ‘rare’ gold Master Chief. Now, usually I don’t have good luck with this sort of thing especially when there are about 30 in a box.

Anyhow, I told my manager that I was going to keep opening them I until I found a gold one and that I would buy every single one I opened. She thought it was crazy but then decided to look at it in two ways.

1. We wouldn’t have to worry about selling them anymore.
2. Money for the company.

So she agreed that this act would be okay.

THANKFULLY I only had to open four of them and each one of them was different!
